Nathalie Davis, Founder and CEO
Nathalie Davis is a workplace justice and accountability strategist with more than 25 years of executive experience in human resources across Fortune 500 companies and mission-driven organizations. Her career includes senior leadership roles at Kellogg Company, Gift of Life Michigan, and Bethany Christian Services, where she led enterprise-wide initiatives spanning culture, organizational effectiveness, and governance.
As Founder and Principal of her consulting practice, Davis works with organizations, coalitions, and policymakers to examine how systems of power, silence, and institutional protection enable workplace harm—and what it takes to change them. Her work focuses on workplace bullying, the misuse of non-disparagement agreements, and the broader structures that allow misconduct to persist under the guise of compliance and risk management. She is known for translating complex organizational dynamics into clear, actionable strategies that prioritize accountability, ethical alignment, and human dignity.
Davis is a SHRM-SCP-certified executive and an authorized facilitator with the Workplace Bullying Institute. She is currently completing her doctorate in Business Psychology, where her research examines employee perceptions of HR’s effectiveness in addressing workplace bullying and the erosion of trust in institutional response systems.
A compelling and thought-provoking speaker, Davis challenges conventional narratives about HR, leadership, and organizational culture. Her work invites leaders to confront not only what is legally permissible, but what is ethically sustainable—and what continued avoidance will ultimately cost.
